As part of your application, you will be required to provide the following documentation:
- Incorporation document for your business
- Documentation showing Shareholding
- Director Registry
- Ownership Structure Diagram (if applicable)
- Photo of utility bill for the business’ registered address (no more than 3 months old)
- Other License(s)/Consumer Protection e.g. ATOL, ABTA, SATSA Bonding or Financial Failure Insurance
- Photo of Passport photo page / photographic ID for any shareholders above 10% ownership
- Photo of Passport photo page / photographic ID for any director if they are the signatory
- Last 3 months Bank Statements; and
- Your Company Accounts.
